Appearance can change with use, particularly in areas subjected to repeated rubbing.We recommend avoiding prolonged contact with light-colored objects or fabrics, especially in a humid environment.To maintain your product, apply with a soft brush Longchamp colorless cream regularly to leather areas.This product can be protected by applying a waterproofing agent, following the recommendations given by the manufacturer.
All Longchamp items are created with the utmost care in our workshops. To guarantee their longevity, we recommend that you follow a few simple rules:
- Protect the product from heavy rain
- Avoid all contact with oily products, products containing solvents or alcohol (perfume for example)
- Avoid prolonged exposure to bright light
- For dark-colored items, avoid prolonged contact with light-colored fabrics, especially in a humid environment
- For light-colored items, avoid friction with other materials or prints whose colors may rub off (jeans for example)
- be careful not to scratch or rub the product against abrasive surfaces
- After use, we recommend storing your bag in a case, away from light, humidity, and heat

We offer door-to-door delivery across the Philippines and we aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order. From time to time, items may take longer to pack, process or wrap. Gift wrapping requires an additional 1-2 days processing time.
During Holiday periods, Sale and Online Special Events, dispatches may take longer.
Deliveries are from Mondays to Fridays, between 8AM and 5PM. The total transit time is dependent on your location and during holidays and weekends, we may expect a larger than usual volume of orders and may take longer to dispatch and deliver your orders.
We notify you upon dispatch so you can track your parcel. In case you are not able to receive your parcel when we arrive, we leave you a note to inform you when we'll be back to deliver a second time.
Some orders will require multiple deliveries and may be dispatched from multiple locations. You will be sent a tracking number for each dispatch.
If you are not able to receive during the attempted delivery, it may be returned to origin if the driver cannot access your area, or address as planned.

Delivery times
We aim to process your order within 24 hours or less, Monday to Friday, and have it delivered to you within our transit times shown here. As many of Rustan's products are high-quality items, we want to take care handling and packing orders. From time to time we may also be affected by public holidays, during which dispatches recommence on the next business day.
Please note that delivery in some remote areas may take more time than usual and may incur higher transport rates upon checkout.
