REGULAR FSP MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

How can I apply?

There are three (3) ways to apply:

  1. A member can download the Rustan’s FSP mobile app and sign up as a new member for free;

  2. A member can fill out a digital application form at any Rustan’s Department store Customer Service counter for FREE inclusive of a FSP card; or

  3. A member can choose CREATE NEW ACCOUNT when they shop online at Rustans.com.

Who can apply for a Rustan's Frequent Shoppers Program (FSP) membership?

Individuals aged 18 and above can apply for membership in FSP.

Does my membership expire?

Membership in FSP has no expiration.

PREMIUM FSP STATUS

I am an existing Regular FSP member, how can I become a Premium FSP member?

Regular FSP members who have met the required spend of PHP 500,000 for one (1) year from date of membership will be automatically upgraded into Premium FSP member.

Does the Premium FSP membership expire?

No, but Premium FSP members must maintain the Php500,000 spend within two (2) years from date of qualification to FSP Premium, otherwise, their status will be reverted to FSP Regular

EXISTING BEAUTY ADDICT MEMBERSHIP

Do I have to sign up as a new member in the Rustan’s FSP app if I’m an existing Beauty Addict member?

No, but upon downloading the Rustan’s FSP mobile app, click on ‘log in as guest’, press ‘sign up’ and choose ‘Yes’ when asked if he/she has a Beauty Addict account. Plug in the details required and the app will automatically sync with his/her Beauty Addict membership.

EXISTING FSP MEMBERSHIP

What if I don’t have my FSP card or Rustan’s FSP mobile app with me?

We apologize but we would need your Rustan’s FSP card / app to be able to earn or redeem your FSP points.

Do I have to sign up as a new member in the Rustan’s FSP app if I’m an existing FSP member?

No need to sign up as a new member, upon downloading the Rustan’s FSP mobile app, a member may log in to his/her account using his/her FSP number and 4-digit PIN. The 4-digit PIN is given upon issuance of the FSP card. However, If a member can’t remember the PIN, he/she can visit any Rustan’s Department Store Customer Service counter for assistance.

Can I transfer my FSP points to a relative or a friend?

Points are non-transferrable.

How do I update my information details?

A member can update his/her information details through the Rustan’s FSP mobile app or he/she can ask our Customer Service for assistance.

My old FSP card expired! What should I do?

The FSP membership has no expiration since March 10, 2017. However, if a member wants to change his/her card, he/she may drop by at any Rustan’s Department Store Customer Service for assistance. A Php100 card fee applies for a change of card.

FSP POINTS AT RUSTANS.COM

I prefer to shop online. Can I earn FSP points at Rustans.com?

Yes, you may. Starting October 7, 2022, customers can now earn FSP Points when they shop at Rustans.com.

How do I create an FSP account online?

  1. Once you have created an account at Rustans.com, go to My Account page and select Create New Account under the MY FSP ACCOUNT section.
  2. Input your mobile number and birthday, and select gender.
  3. Tick the "I agree to the Rustan's FSP Terms and Conditions" and click the Submit button.
  4. Once submitted, your FSP card number, card type, and birthday will be displayed in your My Account page.
  5. An email notification from Rustan.com will be sent to your registered email to confirm your FSP account has been created successfully.

I have an existing FSP account. Can I link it to my account at Rustans.com?

  1. Once you have logged in to your Rustans.com account, go to My Account page and select LINK EXISTING ACCOUNT under the MY FSP ACCOUNT section. You must use the same email address for your Rustans.com account and existing FSP account to be able to successfully link together.
  2. Input your FSP card number and mobile number.
  3. Tick the "I agree to the Rustan's FSP Terms and Conditions" and click the Submit button.
  4. Once submitted, your FSP card number, card type, and birthday will be displayed in your My Account page. Select CHECK POINTS BALANCE button to check your current FSP Points and E-Purse.

Can I enjoy points multiplier online?

As of the moment, FSP points multipliers are not available at rustans.com.

POINTS EARNING

How do I earn points?

For Regular FSP members, a member can present his/her FSP card or the Rustan’s FSP mobile app before any transaction at any Rustan’s Department Store

For FSP Premium members, a member can present his/her FSP card or the Rustan’s FSP mobile app before any transaction at any Rustan’s Department Store and our partners:

  • Store Specialists, Inc. at Rustan’s Department Store
  • Rustan’s Flower Shop
  • Joel's Place

For Rustans.com, you must link your FSP Regular or Premium account to earn points.

What is an FSP points multiplier and how does it work?

Points multiplier is an FSP exclusive offer that allows members to earn more points by automatically giving the customer the stated points multiplier.

Example for a x10 multiplier:
A purchase of PhP1,000 = 10,000 FSP points (1,000x10)

For Rustans.com, points multiplier is not yet available.

How can I check my FSP points/E-Purse Value

A member can tap the “CARD” option in the Rustan’s FSP mobile app to check his/her current FSP points/E-Purse Value or he/she can drop by our Customer Service counters for assistance.

POINTS REDEMPTION

How do you compute the amount of E-Purse?

The amount of E-Purse is calculated based on the type of membership the customer is qualified for:

MEMBERSHIP REBATE E-PURSE VALUE

FSP Regular

0.5%

1000 = 5-Purse

FSP Premium

1%

1000 = 10 E-Purse

How do I redeem my points?

For Regular FSP members, redemption can be done at any Rustan’s store and Joel's Place.

For Premium FSP members, redemption can be done at any Rustan’s store including Store Specialists Inc. brands, as well as at Joel's Place.

Is there a minimum amount for E-Purse Value redemption?

None, a member can redeem his/her E-Purse Value at any amount.

Is there a limit of points earned/E-Purse Value?

None, a member can earn as many points/E-Purse as possible.

What are the restrictions of the use of E-Purse Value?

  • Not valid as payment to settle outstanding balance.
  • Not convertible to cash.
  • May not be used to purchase gift certificates.

How can I download the Rustan’s FSP mobile app?

If a member has an Apple device
Tap the Apple Store icon and search for Rustan’s FSP. Press GET and wait for it to be downloaded. Sign up as Login as Guest, an existing Regular FSP member or Premium FSP Member.

If a member has an Android device
Tap the ‘Google Play Store’ icon and search for ‘Rustan’s FSP’. Press ‘INSTALL’ and wait for it to be downloaded. Sign up as ‘Login as Guest’, an existing ‘Regular FSP member’ or ‘Premium FSP Member’.

What are the features of the Rustan’s FSP mobile app?

  • Floors - Check out new arrivals at Rustan’s Department Stores.

  • Scan & Earn - Scan specially marked items and earn instant FSP points.

  • Events - Stay updated with the latest happenings at Rustan’s such as special events.

  • Card - View member’s profile, update the member’s information and monitor the member’s FSP points and E-Purse balances along with the member’s unique QR code.

  • Rewards - Find out what rewards and other benefits are in store for members like: complimentary coffee at East Café, valet parking, birthday perk and more.

  • Transaction and E-Purse history - Check all the activity in your FSP account including transaction history. This feature is available for activation at any Rustan’s Department Store Customer Service counter.

I can’t download the “Rustan’s FSP” mobile app on Apple Store or Google Play Store.

Make sure that the device is updated with the latest operating system (OS) to access the features of the Rustan’s FSP mobile app.
