Shipping Options and Policies

Covid19 has impacted our operations and teams while we strive to serve you. Limitations on manpower and transport for safety reasons, means our normal processing times are delayed. Processing, packing and dispatch of orders may take more than 1 week, followed by a delivery period to reach your location. You will receive tracking information once your package is on its way. If your order is delayed for more than 10 days, please contact us and await a detailed reply.

Nationwide delivery

We offer door-to-door delivery across the Philippines to your home or office address.

During Holiday periods, Sale and Online Special Events, dispatches may take longer.

Deliveries are from Mondays to Fridays, between 8AM and 5PM. The total transit time is dependent on your location and during holidays and weekends, we may expect a larger than usual volume of orders and may take longer to dispatch and deliver your orders.

We notify you upon dispatch so you can track your parcel. In case you are not able to receive your parcel when we arrive, we leave you a note to inform you when we'll be back to deliver a second time.

If you are not able to receive during the second delivery, we leave you a note indicating which Air 21 location your parcel is safe-kept for your pickup. Your parcel is kept at the Air 21 location for five (5) days.

Affordable delivery rates are shown at checkout corresponding to your address and order size.

We offer free shipping to all orders of ₱2,000 and above.

For orders below ₱2,000, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of ₱200 for Metro Manila deliveries and ₱300 for provincial deliveries.

Delivery times

We process online orders from Monday to Friday.

As many of Rustan's products are high-quality items, we want to take care handling and packing orders. From time to time we may also be affected by public holidays, during which dispatches recommence on the next business day.

Orders pass through 3 phases: Processing, Dispatch and Delivery.

  • Processing is picking, packing and checking. This may take as little as 24 hours, or longer than 1 week if we are experiencing high demand (during Holiday, or sale) or limited manpower (during Covid19, for example).
  • Dispatch means your parcel has been booked for departure, checked and labelled and is ready for delivery. This may take 24 hours.
  • Delivery time means transport time via truck, boat, airplane, bike, van or a combination. This is tn transit period and arrival at your address depends on your location.

During the Christmas season between October and December, please allow extra time for ordering and receiving orders as transit times can double in some areas. Order early!

After your order is processed, packed and ready for dispatch - the following delivery timeframes apply.

These are a guideline only and are subject to transport, traffic and location variables.

Customers will be informed via order notification that the order will be sent in two separate packages if customer ordered from multiple locations.

Important Information

We cannot guarantee precise timing of deliveries.

From time to time, our couriers are unable to call or SMS prior to arrival. If you do not have a person available to accept packages on your behalf at home, we recommend opting for your work/business delivery address.

Please allow additional 3 days for dispatch if you have chosen for all or some of your items to be gift wrapped. This service, if available, will show on the product page and will be able to be selected for a fee.

Our store accepts orders 24/7 including on public holidays, however our warehouse and transport partners are closed on the usual public holidays during Christmas and New Year.

Deliveries for orders placed during the Christmas period will recommence on the next business day.

Click & Collect at the Makati Store

We offer a free Click & Collect service at the Makati Store. When your item is packed and available for pick up, we will notify you by email or SMS. Parcels will be held for seven (7) days and after this time, unclaimed goods will be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery can be arranged and a fee may apply. Please note - this service currently closed.
