Click & Collect lets you order online and save on shipping by picking up your purchase directly from the store! You can currently enjoy this service at Rustan’s Makati, with expansion to more stores coming soon.
How it works
- At checkout, under the shipping method screen, select your preferred pick-up option. Available choices will automatically update based on our daily order cut-off times.
- Once your order is ready, you will be notified via SMS and email.
- Proceed to the 5/F Rustan's Makati Click & Collect counter and present the required documents.

Note: During peak season, order cut-off times may be adjusted up to 2 hours earlier to accommodate increased order volumes.

Pick-up requirements
Customers shall present the following at the Click & Collect counter:
- Valid photo-bearing ID
- Order/pick-up confirmation sent via SMS or email (showing the order number)
If you are authorizing a representative, they must present:
- Signed authorization letter from the customer
- Photocopy of the customer's valid ID
- Valid photo-bearing ID of the representative
- Order/pick-up confirmation (via SMS or email)
A signature and photograph will be taken upon collection as proof of pick-up.
Important reminders
- Cancellation of Store Pick-up orders shall not be allowed, except in cases of double orders, fraud, or defective/damaged items.
- Customers shall be given ten (10) calendar days from the date of pick-up advisory to claim their order. Reminder alerts shall be sent via email and SMS for unclaimed packages.
- Click & Collect orders are only available for pick-up once you’ve received an SMS and email notification confirming availability. Orders may not be claimed prior to such notice.
- Should the customer fail to pick up the package within the given period, the item shall be returned to the warehouse. For rescheduling requests, please contact Customer Service.
Please note:
Parcels will be held for ten (10) calendar days only. Thereafter, unclaimed items shall be returned to our warehouse. Repeat dispatches shall incur a fee for redelivery to Makati or delivery to a home or business address.
