In anticipation of the upcoming holiday rush, Rustans.com's Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery service will be implement an enhanced delivery schedule beginning November 1 to December 31, 2023.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday at 12:00AM to 11:00AM may avail of our same-day delivery upon checkout.**
Orders placed from Monday to Thursday at 11:01AM to 11:59PM will be able to enjoy our next-day delivery service.**
Orders placed every Sunday will enjoy next-day delivery service.**
Shoppers may avail the same-day/next-day delivery service for free when they reach P3,500 on their online purchases.
* Purchases are qualified for same-day/next-day delivery, excluding fine jewelry and bulky items
** Same-Day/Next-Day delivery services are not available during weekends and holidays. Orders will be processed on the next business day after order placement

TRACK YOUR ORDER
For qualified same-day/next-day delivery purchases, you will receive order status via SMS notifications from our delivery rider/courier.
IMPORTANT
- Cancellation requests
For security reasons, additions, cancellations, or amendments on orders and/or shipping address cannot be made once order is confirmed. Special last minute requests cannot be accommodated as well. Rustans.com reserves the right to cancel multiple or fraudulent orders. - For orders with product defects or other issues
Rustans.com will reach out to customer if/when we see a defect or issue with their order. If customer does not confirm order within 24 hours upon order fulfillment, Rustans.com reserves the right to process refund or auto-cancellation. - For failed delivery attempts due to unavailble customer
Failed deliveries due to customer's failure to confirm will entail a separate charge of P300 for another booking for same-day/next-day delivery. Customers may also opt to choose standard deliver with no additional charge. - For faiIed delivery attempts due to unforseen incidents
In the event that there will be light rainfall, expect a slight delay in the delivery. Otherwise, during unforeseen incidents, such as floodings or road closures that hinder our delivery partner from delivering your purchase, orders that are scheduled for same-day/next-day delivery will automatically be converted to standard delivery with or without prior notice.
