The skin’s ability to hold on to moisture becomes more difficult with age, climate stress, and skin condition. Harsh products, too, can cause further damage and disrupt your skin’s natural moisture barrier.

To support an ideal environment for skin to thrive in healthy hydration we blended centuries-old tradition with modern-day technology. Koh Gen Do's Shinhojun Hakkoh Concentrate was created by enlisting an Akita master fermenter to double ferment rice, perilla, and jujube elixir. This highly concentrated, the proprietary blend helps lead to skin that’s ultimately healthy in: Softness, Smoothness, Radiance, Firmness & Elasticity.

The process of fermentation has been used in Japan since ancient times. It is known that the fermentation of foods we eat improves digestion and nutrient absorption. In skincare, as well, ingredients are fermented to aid in our skin’s product absorption.

Directions for use

After cleansing and applying OP W Essence, pump or shake a nickel-sized amount OP Hakkoh Lotion-60 into the palms of your hands, warm then press lotion into the face and neck.

Tip: For a deep hydration treatment, saturate a few sheets of our Pure Cotton with OP Hakkoh Lotion-60 and apply to your face just as you would a sheet mask. Leave on for 5-10 minutes to infuse skin with plumping, soothing moisture."

Nationwide delivery

We offer door-to-door delivery across the Philippines to your home or office address.

Our transport partner delivers from Mondays to Fridays, between 8AM and 5PM. The total transit time for your order is dependent on your location and during holidays and weekends, we may expect a larger than usual volume of orders which may take longer to dispatch.

We notify you upon dispatch so you can track your parcel. In case you are not able to receive your parcel

when we arrive, we leave you a note to inform you when we'll be back to deliver a second time.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping to all orders amounting to ₱5,000 and above. FSP members may avail of this service for a minimum spend of ₱2,500.

This applies to single-purchase orders, regardless of the amount of actual items. Free shipping is available in Metro Manila and nationwide deliveries.

Delivery times

We aim to process your order within 24 hours or less, Monday to Friday, and have it delivered to you within our transit times shown here. As many of Rustan's products are high-quality items, we want to take care handling and packing orders. From time to time we may also be affected by public holidays, during which dispatches recommence on the next business day.

Please note that delivery in some remote areas may take more time than usual and may incur higher transport rates upon checkout.
