Frequent Shoppers Program: Terms & Conditions

Membership & Application

  1. Customers must be 18 years of age and above to become a member of the Frequent Shoppers Program.

  2. There are two (2) ways to apply for a membership:
    1. Download the “Rustan’s FSP” mobile app on Apple Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) for free and sign up as a new member; or
    2. Fill out a digital application at any Rustan’s Customer Service counter for a free FSP card.

  3. Regular FSP member who have met the required spend of Php500,000 for one (1) year upon date of membership will be automatically upgraded into Premium FSP member.

  4. Premium FSP members must maintain the Php500,000 spend within two (2) years (24 months), otherwise, they will be reverted back to Regular FSP member status on the 25th month.

  5. Corporate Account may be allowed to have an FSP card given that it has nominated an individual of legal age to represent the company.

  6. For the Rustan’s Group of Companies, employees of all levels are now allowed to become an FSP member by following the membership mechanics.

  7. Membership in the FSP has no expiration.

  8. Existing FSP members can download the “Rustan’s FSP” mobile app by logging in the following information details:
    1. FSP Number
    2. 4-digit PIN

REBATES SYSTEM

  1. The program offers rebates of .5% for Regular FSP members and 1% for Premium FSP members. Rebates are applied on points earned such as Php1.00 = 1 point.
    1. All points will expire every March 31st of the second calendar year after earning. (e.g. All points earned on or before December 31, 2021 will expire on March 31, 2023, All points earned on or before December 31, 2022 will expire on March 31, 2024.)

  2. All items inside the Rustan’s Department Stores (item tags R, S, X, C) and services (SPA) upon purchase are included in the points earning and eGCs upon redemption. This applies to both Regular and Premium FSP members.
    1. Regular Members – For in-store, all items (except Stores Specialists Inc. merchandise), services (including SPA, International Service Center, and Rustan’s Flower Shop). For online/Rustans.com, all items.
    2. Premium Members – All items including Stores Specialists Inc.,(including Boutiques outside the Rustan’s Department Stores and within Rustan’s Department Stores), Rustan’s Flower Shop, services (including SPA, International Service Center). For online/Rustans.com, all items.

  3. Rebates earned inside the Rustan’s Department Stores are eligible for redemption of any merchandise and services (SPA and International Service Center) inside the Rustan’s Department Stores only.
    1. Regular Members – Redemption can be for all Rustan Commercial Corporation   merchandise and services (SPA and International Service Center) only
    2. Premium Members – Redemption can be for all items including Stores Specialists Inc.services (SPA and International Service Center) and Rustans.com

  4. East Café transactions are excluded in earning of points.

  5. All applicable policies on the use of FSP vis a vis other offers (discount cards, other loyalty cards/mobile apps, employee discounts), return of merchandise, and valid payments for crediting apply.

How to Earn FSP Bonus Points

FSP Regular and Premium Members can earn bonus points by partcipating in the following activities:

ACTIVITY USING FSP MOBILE APP PREMIUM REGULAR

20,000 bonus points for FSP registration
(one-time only)

100 bonus points for item scan
(items can only be scanned once per store)

10,000 bonus points upon completion of the customer information in My Account*
(one-time only)

300 bonus points upon updating the customer information in My Account*

* Bonus points are subject to change without prior notice.

Other Offers / Benefits for FSP Members

  1. PHP500 BIRTHDAY E-PURSE FOR PREMIUM MEMBERS
    To be credited on the 1st day of member's birth month. If a Regular FSP member becomes a Premium FSP member during his/her birthday, the 1st birthday E-Purse will be credited on his/her birthday month the following year.

  2. X3 BONUS POINTS FOR PREMIUM MEMBERS
    Earn x3 points on any day of the customer’s choosing using the “Rustan’s FSP” mobile app in any of the Rustan’s Department Stores (except Rustans.com) including SSI brands inside the Rustan’s Department Stores This can only be applied once a month, twelve (12) times a year. Date can be changed if the first date chosen has not lapsed. x3 does not apply to “Sale”, “RS” or “SV” tag item at the time of availment.

  3. X5 BONUS POINTS FOR PREMIUM MEMBERS

    Earn X5 points on any day of the customer’s choosing using the “Rustan’s FSP” mobile app in any of the Rustan’s Department Stores (except Rustans.com) including SSI brands inside the Rustan’s Department Stores). This can only be applied once a year. x5 does not apply to “Sale” “RS” or “SV” tag item at the time of availment.

  4. X10 BONUS POINTS FOR REGULAR MEMBERS
    Earn x10 points when you spend at least Php5,000 single receipt during your birth month. This can be availed one time only (on the 1st purchase done during the member’s birth month) in multiple transactions and across multiple stores (excluding Rustans.com). x10 bonus points does not apply to “Sale” “RS” or “SV” tag item at the time of availment.

  5. INSTITUTIONAL MULTIPLIER INCENTIVE OFFERS
    Institutional offers are not valid in conjunction with other promos and monthly/yearly bonus points multipliers for FSP (except Rustans.com). Bonus points does not apply to “Sale” or “RS” tag item at the time of availment.

  6. FREE GIFT WRAPPING
    This can be availed with a PHP500 minimum per item required for all Regular members while there is no minimum purchase required for Premium members who wish to have their gifts wrapped. Free gift wrapping service is currently only available in-stores. (Gift wrapping policy applies)

  7. COFFEE REWARDS FOR PREMIUM MEMBERS
    This can be availed by Premium Member with any transaction, no minimum purchase required. This is valid only on the day of transaction, once a day through the “Rustan’s FSP” mobile app. This is available at East Café in Rustan’s Makati store only.

  8. PASTRY REWARDS FOR PREMIUM MEMBERS
    This can be availed by Premium Member with PhP5,000 minimum purchase. This is valid only on the day of transaction, once a day through the “Rustan’s FSP” mobile app. This is available at East Café in Rustan’s Makati only.

  9. FREE PARKING FOR PREMIUM MEMBERS
    This can be availed with PhP2,000 minimum single receipt purchase in Rustan’s Makati and Shangri-La stores only. This is valid only on the day of transaction, once a day. This is subject to existing policies on the claiming of parking tickets.

     

Redemption

  1. For Regular FSP Members, redemption can be done at any of the Rustan’s Department Stores (excluding Rustans.com)

  2. For Premium FSP Members, redemption can be done at any of the Rustan’s Department Stores, Stores Specialists, Inc. inside the Rustan’s Department Store (excluding Rustans.com)

  3. A “No Rustan’s FSP mobile app/card, No Redemption” rule will be implemented.

  4. The use of E-purse is restricted as follows:
    1. Not valid as payment to settle outstanding balance
    2. Not convertible to cash

  5. Purchase will be automatically converted to points/E-purse thru the POS or Rustan’s FSP.

  6. To redeem the E-purse, a 4-digit PIN must be provided to complete the transaction.

  7. The amount of E-purse is calculated based on the type of membership tier. For reference, please see table below:

  h. Membership privileges are non-transferable (including E-purse).

OTHERS

  1. Rustan Commercial Corporation reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict the program without prior notice. Any abuse on the program, failure to abide by the Terms and Conditions or misrepresentation, may lead to revocation of membership and affect eligibility for future participation.

  2. In case of any discrepancies, the company reserves the right to investigate, amend, and/or determine the total amount of points to be awarded per transaction. Rustan Commercial Corporation records on FSP points shall be deemed accurate and final at all times.

  3. An FSP Member—Regular or Premium—is required to update his/her information. This includes change in name, address, contact number, etc. Members can update their information via the FSP system available at the Customer Service counters or through the “Rustan’s FSP” mobile app. Verbal notifications as well as SMS and EMAIL are not valid platforms to update information.
