After they’ve identified your shopping needs, you will then be assigned to a Personal Shopper who will offer one-on-one service and assist you further with more specific questions and concerns you may have throughout your shopping journey.

To ensure a smooth transaction, payment details and options will be shared with each customer, assigned personal shopper will from their preferred store will handle proper payment verification and sales processing for merchandise. Then the fulfillment team will prepare items for curbside pickup or delivery.

A minimum purchase of P5,000 automatically grants you free delivery for Metro Manila, Cebu and other Provincial Areas. For purchases below P5,000, a fixed delivery fee of P200 for Metro Manila and Cebu addresses, and P300 for provincial areas will apply. Extra-large packages will be charged P500 delivery fee for addresses within Luzon, while P750 is charged for delivery to Visayas or Mindanao.
