Jaja Chiongbian-Rama is one of Cebu's most stylish and talked-about women. As Cebu's PR maven, this mom-of-three is always seen at the most exciting events and parties. When she's not busy attending events, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their three children.

To celebrate the launch of rustans.com, Jaja invited some of her fellow moms and homemakers at Anzani Restaurant. We talked to her about her thoughts on Rustan's online store and got the scoop on the highlights of her party:

What can you tell us about your party for rustans.com LIVE?

It was a long week for all of us and truth be told, we don’t get together as often as we would like to, due to work and life responsibilities. The rustans.com LIVE party in Cebu was an opportunity to bring together a support system of like-minded individuals and our own, little community of moms and homemakers here in Cebu to wine and "whine," and catch up over fantastic food, drinks, and shopping. Retail therapy at its finest.

Who did you invite?

Fellow moms and homemakers from different circles who likewise wear many hats, some from my core group—Best friend Vanessa Deen Gaisano, furniture maker Selina Romualdez of Obra Cebuana, restaurateur Sarrita Pimentel of Cafe Sarree, Atty. Georgia Herrera-Klepp, to lady bosses Kate Anzani of the Anzani Group where we had the dinner, Laurice Chiongbian of Qavalo, to yogis and health and wellness advocates Jenifer Martinez and Danessa Onglatco of Yogahub, and Cebuana lifestyle inspiration, the newly married Kryz Uy-Young.

What were the highlights of the party?

The fantastic company, free-flowing conversations, and the shopping, of course! We all agreed to treat ourselves to well-deserved "gifts to self," meaning no salad spinners allowed, but at the end of the party, the wives and moms in us, in true typical fashion of putting our home and family before ourselves, caved in to toys, blenders, pillows, and more.
