Rustans.com Holiday Giveaway Full Mechanics

1. The raffle promotion will run from December 1 to 31, 2024.
   
   
2. The promotion is open to all Rustan’s Frequent Shoppers Plus (FSP) Program members who will shop at www.rustans.com only during the promotion period.
   
   
3. Program members’ FSP accounts must be linked to their rustans.com account. They must also be logged in to their FSP-linked rustans.com account during the transaction to qualify. FSP account creation and linking are done on https://rustans.com/account/login
   
   
4. For every purchase of ₱5,000 from rustans.com in a single receipt, FSP members are entitled to one (1) electronic raffle entry to get a chance to win a 3D/2N stay at Discover Group’s Samal Resort for two (2) adults inclusive of breakfast.
   
   
5. After a qualified transaction, FSP members should register for the raffle via https://rstns.shop/OnlineRaffle24 where they will be asked to provide the following:
   • FSP number
   • Full name
   • Complete address
   • Email address
   • Mobile number
   • Order number
   
   
6. Upon successfu registration, FSP customers will receive a registration confirmation email.
   
   
7. The cut-off date for registration of raffle entries is at 11:59PM on January 8, 2025, Wednesday. Late entries will not be accepted.
   
   
8. There is no limit to the number of raffle entries that may be earned per customer. All taxes relative to the prize shall be shouldered by Rustan's. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
   
   
9. The raffle draw is on January 15, 2025, Wednesday, and will be done digitally via a virtual conference call in the presence of Rustan's and DTI representatives.
   
   
10. The winner and their transaction will be validated by Rustan's. The winner will be notified via registered mail, email, and SMS. The winner will also be announced via Rustan's social media accounts and website on January 24, 2025.
    
    
11. The Discovery Samal gift certificate (GC) must be claimed/received within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. The unclaimed GC shall be forfeited in favor of Rustan's, with approval from DTI. The GC must be claimed at the Main Customer Service, 5th Floor of Rustan's Makati, Ayala Center, Makati City. In case the winner is from Visayas or Mindanao, Rustan's can mail the GC via courier after it has been agreed upon by both Rustan's and the winner. The winner must present the following to claim their prize:
    • Two (2) valid identification cards with picture
    • Copy of email notification
     
12. The GC is valid for use within one year from the date it was claimed by the winner. The terms and conditions of Discover Samal in the usage of the GC will apply.
    
    
13. The winner is responsible for safekeeping the GC. Rustan's shall not be obliged to replace or refund lost or expired GC.
    
    
14. Any dupllication, refund, or cancellation of orders or transactions may result in the disqualification of the raffle entries.
    
    
15. Upon receipt of the GC, the winner will be ineligible to refund or cancel the transaction that qualified them for the promo.
    
    
16. All information shared via Rustan's is govered by the Philippine Data Privacy Act. By being eligible for the promotion, the customer agrees that all information shall be subject to confidentiality and security terms of Rustan's and of the third-party entity managing the site for Rustan's. The customer agrees to receive emails or SMS messages in relation to the promotion, such as, but not limited to email or SMS confirming raffle entries.
    
    
17. By participating in this promotion, the winner agrees to publish their name and participate in any video or photo coverage that may be used in Rustan's accoutns, such as, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, email, SMS,Viber, and website.
    
    
18. By accepting and/or using the prize, the customer agrees to hold Rustan's free and harmless from any injury, loss, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the promo.
    
    
19. All decisions made by the participating companies, with the concurrence of DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
    
    
20. The owners, management, and employees of Rustan Commercial Corporation and their advertising agencies, spouses, and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consaguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
