Rustan's FSP Day: Epique Draw Full Mechanics

1. The raffle promotion will run from July 20 to 31, 2024.
   
   

2. The promotion is open to all Rustan’s Frequent Shoppers Plus (FSP) Program members of participating stores: Rustan’s Department Store Makati, Shangri-la, Alabang, Gateway and Ayala Center Cebu. Valid also through Personal Shopper On Call service and via www.rustans.com only.
   
   

3. For every purchase of ₱5,000 from Rustan’s in a single receipt, FSP Regular members are entitled to one (1) electronic raffle entry while FSP Premium members are entitled to two (2) electronic raffle entries to get a chance to win any of the following:
   
   

   1. • 5TH PRIZE: One (1) winner will be entitled to the following:Prize: Rustan’s The Beauty Source Exclusive Beauty Kit worth ₱10,000
        
        

      • 4TH PRIZE: One (1) winner will be entitled to the following:Prize: Lacoste Gift Certificates worth ₱20,000
        
        
      • 3RD PRIZE: One (1) winner will be entitled to the following:Prize: Moroccan Black and White Home Decor worth ₱30,000
        
        
      • 2ND PRIZE: One (1) winner will be entitled to the following:Prize: 3D/2N Stay at Discover Group’s Manami Sipalay for two (2) adults inclusive of breakfast and a Samsonite 3-Piece Luggage Set inclusive of the following: Upscape Sp55/20 Exp Blue Nights, Upscape SP68/25 Exp Blue Nights, and Upscape Sp75/28 Exp Blue Nights
        
        
      • 1ST PRIZE: One (1) winner will be entitled to the following:Prize: Rustan’s FSP E-Purse worth ₱100,000 which can be used in all Rustan’s stores and affiliates. All terms and conditions relating to the Rustan’s FSP Program as indicated in the Rustan’s website shall apply.

   There is no limit to the number of raffle entries that may be earned per customer. All taxes relative to the prizes shall be shouldered by Rustan’s. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
   
   

4. To qualify for the promotion, the customer is required to join the promotion via the following steps:
   For in-store and online transactions:a. Register a raffle entry electronically via https://eraffle.rustans.com.ph/
   
   b. The customer must fill up the electronic raffle coupon and provide the following:
       • FSP number
       • Last name
       • First name
       • Address
       • Valid email addres
       • Valid mobile number
       • Store location
       • Transaction details (Invoice number or Order number)
       • Amount of transaction
   c. The customer will receive raffle entry confirmation via email or SMS with a unique raffle code number.
   
   
5. The cut-off date for registration of raffle entries is on August 4, Sunday. Late entries will not be accepted.
   
   
6. The raffle draw is on August 7, 2024, Wednesday and will be done digitally via a virtual conference call in the presence of Rustan’s and DTI representatives.
   
   
7. The winners and their transactions will be validated by Rustan’s. Winners will be notified via email and SMS. Winners will also be announced via Rustan’s social media accounts or Website and Posted in the Main Customer Service counters of all participating stores on August 14, Wednesday.
   
   
8. A customer may only win once. In the event that a customer’s name was picked more than once during the raffle draw, the customer automatically receives the prize with the higher value. The prize with the lesser value will be awarded to another winner.
   
   

9. Prizes must be redeemed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. All unclaimed prizes and gift certificates shall be forfeited in favor of Rustan’s, with approval from DTI. Prizes must be claimed at the Main Customer Service, 5th floor of Rustan’s Makati, Ayala Center, Makati City. In case the winner is from Visayas or Mindanao, claiming of the prize may be done at the Rustan’s Cebu after it has been agreed upon by both Rustan’s and the winner.
   
   

10. Winner must present the following in order to claim their prize:
    • • Two (2) valid identification cards with picture
      • Copy of email
        
        
11. The customer is responsible for safekeeping the Rustan’s E-Purse and Lacoste Gift Certificates and monitoring expiry dates. Rustan’s shall not be obliged to replace, or refund lost or expired e-purse or gift certificates. After notifying the winner of the E-Purse, Rustan’s will manually seed the points to the winners Rustan’s FSP Account.
    
    
12. Any duplication, refund or cancellation of orders or transactions may result in the disqualification of raffle entries.
    
    

13. Winners who claimed their prizes will be ineligible to refund or cancel the transaction that they enrolled in the promo.
    
    

14. All information shared via Rustan’s microsite will be governed by the Philippine Data Privacy Act. By registering for the promotion, the customer agrees that all information shall be subject to confidentiality and security terms of Rustan’s and of the third-party entity managing the site for Rustan’s. The customer agrees to receive emails or SMS messages in relation to the promotion, such as but not limited to email or SMS confirming raffle entries.
    
    
15. By participating in this promotion, the winners agree to publish their name, participate in any video or photo coverage that may be used in Rustan’s accounts such as but not limited to facebook, instagram, youtube, email, SMS, viber, and website.
    
    
16. By accepting and/or using the prizes, the customer agrees to hold Rustan’s free and harmless from any injury, loss or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the promo and acceptance/use of the Rustan’s FSP E-Purse.
    
    
17. All decisions made by the participating companies, with the concurrence of DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
    
    

18. The owners, management and employees of Rustan Commercial Corporation and their advertising agencies, spouses and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
