Driven by a spirit of innovation, DIPTYQUE has reinvented the concept of home fragrance with the hourglass diffuser. Simply turn it over to begin a diffusion cycle of about an hour and enjoy a scent and sensory experience: the DIPTYQUE hour. Ideal to perfume small spaces for several months, until the perfume has totally evaporated, it can then be refilled twice with the same fragrance.

Directions for use

FIRST Remove the cap from the refill container.
SECOND Assemble the two glass sections. The bottle containing the fragrance should be located at the bottom of the diffuser. The empty bottle should be screwed to the top. Make sure it's screwed in tightly and securely.
THIRD When it's ready, carefully turn over the diffuser to begin the diffusion cycle. It is important to note that once it has begun the cycle, you must not disturb it. Do not turn it over while it is in the diffusing process. This takes approximately one hour.
FOURTH To begin a new diffusion cycle, simply turn over the hourglass again. Repeat this process until the fragrance has completely gone.

This product can be refilled twice to prolong its life. Avoid placing the hourglass directly on surfaces such as wood, old prints or paintings, or marble.

Nationwide delivery

We offer door-to-door delivery across the Philippines to your home or office address.

Our transport partner delivers from Mondays to Fridays, between 8AM and 5PM. The total transit time for your order is dependent on your location and during holidays and weekends, we may expect a larger than usual volume of orders which may take longer to dispatch.

We notify you upon dispatch so you can track your parcel. In case you are not able to receive your parcel

when we arrive, we leave you a note to inform you when we'll be back to deliver a second time.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping to all orders amounting to ₱5,000 and above. FSP members may avail of this service for a minimum spend of ₱2,500.

This applies to single-purchase orders, regardless of the amount of actual items. Free shipping is available in Metro Manila and nationwide deliveries.

Delivery times

We aim to process your order within 24 hours or less, Monday to Friday, and have it delivered to you within our transit times shown here. As many of Rustan's products are high-quality items, we want to take care handling and packing orders. From time to time we may also be affected by public holidays, during which dispatches recommence on the next business day.

Please note that delivery in some remote areas may take more time than usual and may incur higher transport rates upon checkout.
