Founded in 1744 by Dmitry Ivanovich Vinogradov, the Imperial Porcelain is a symbol of Russian craftsmanship. Initially created for the Romanov family, it became famous for its fine hand-painted ceramics. After the 1917 revolution, the factory was nationalized and renamed after Mikhail Lomonosov.
