Delivery Update: March 31, 2021

Delivery of purchases may be delayed due to the current COVID-19 situation and government regulations

In light of the recent implementation of Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) in Metro Manila, as well as in nearby provinces from March 29 to April 4, 2021, Rustans.com shipping and delivery operations may experience some delays.

We have received specific advisories for Entrego deliveries stating that parcels may be delayed by at least 7 days to the following areas:

  • Makati City
  • Manila
  • Parañaque

While our website remains active to receiving orders, delays in processing and fulfillment of purchases and other possible restrictions in certain areas in the country are also to be expected.

Due to the ongoing ECQ across NCR, our manpower availability is affected. To keep employees safe, please bear with us while we are operating with fewer staff during this time.

Order processing and dispatch delays are expected for most pending orders.
