Delivery Delay Due to Typhoon Odette

While some flights to Visayas and Mindanao regions have resumed, delays in the deliveries of packages are still expected as electricity, communication, and other services on-ground are still being repaired and restored.

Affected areas that have non-operational delivery hubs are as follows:

  • Puerto Princesa, Palawan
  • Bataraza, Palawan
  • Cebu
  • Surigao

Areas that have limited delivery operations are as follows:

  • Tagbilaran
  • Tacloban
  • Maasin, Leyte
  • Bacolod
  • Dumaguete
  • Siquijor

Due to the damage caused by the effects of Typhoon Odette, Rustans.com is currently unable to deliver packages to Palawan as ports and delivery hubs are still temporarily closed and repairs are currently being done.

For orders placed before Typhoon Odette, you may contact our Customer Service team for the status of your package. Please expect delivery delays as selected areas in Visayas and Mindanao restore flights, electricity, water, and clear the roads.

Rest assured, we will keep notify you as soon as we receive updates from affected areas.

Due to the weather conditions brought about by Typhoon Odette, kindly expect delays for deliveries of packages bound for the following areas in Visayas and Mindanao:

  • Cebu (Carcar, Dalaguete, Talisay, Moalboal, Toledo)
  • Bacolod
  • Bohol (Tagbilaran, Tubigon,)
  • Iloilo
  • Negros Oriental (Guihulngan, Bais, Sipalay)
  • Negros Occidental (Kabankalan)
  • Tacloban
  • Cagayan de Oro
  • Surigao
  • Siargao
  • Butuan
  • Dipolog
  • Camiguin

Neighboring provinces may also be affected, depending on the typhoon conditions.
