For Regular FSP members, redemption can be done at any Rustan's Department Store.

For Premium FSP members, redemption can be done at any Rustan's Department Store, including Store Specialists, Inc., Tiffany & Co., and Debenhams.

How do I compute the amount of E-Purse

The amount of E-Purse is calculated based on the type of membership the customer is qualified for:

MEMBERSHIP REBATE E-PURSE VALUE
FSP Regular 0.5% 1,000 = ₱5 E-Purse
FSP Premium 1% 1,000 = ₱10 E-Purse

Is there a minimum amount for E-Purse redemption?

None, you can redeem your E-Purse at any amount.

Is there a limit of points/E-Purse earned?

None, you can earn as many points/E-Purse as possible.

What are the restrictions of the use of E-Purse.

  • Not valid as payment to settle outstanding balance.
  • Not convertible to cash.
  • May not be used to purchase gift certificates.
