Who can avail of the Rustan's Personal Shopper on Call?

Anyone may avail of the service. Our Rustan’s Personal Shoppers On Call are ready to serve you.

How can I request for a Rustan's Personal Shopper on Call?

You may call or message our Rustan’s Concierge at 0917–111-1952 during store hours. They will be happy to assign you your own Rustan’s Personal Shopper.

What time can I get in touch with my Rustan's Personal Shopper?

Your Rustan’s Personal Shopper will be available to assist you during store hours. Orders can be processed and confirmed during this time.

Payments and fees

Is the service free? Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

The service is for free and there is no minimum purchase requirement to avail of the service.

What payment methods do you accept? Do you accept Cash on Delivery? 

We currently accept bank transfers or deposits to Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO) or Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC).

For now, we do not accept Cash on Delivery.

For curbside pick-up or in-store pick-up, payment via Cash, Credit Card, GC and Check (provided that you have a Rustan’s Check Accommodation Card) are accepted.

An online payment gateway is also available for credit card and mobile wallet payments.

Your Rustan’s Personal Shopper will give you more information upon confirming your order.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is free* for a total order amount of P5,000 and above. For orders below P5,000, there is a fixed delivery fee of P200 for Metro Manila and Metro Cebu and P300 for provincial areas.

*As of December 2020, minimal delivery fees will apply for the shipping of extra-large items to provincial areas regardless of purchase amount.

Provincial areas in Luzon (except for those considered as part of Mega Manila) will be charged a fixed delivery fee of P500 while deliveries to Visayas and Mindanao will be charged a fixed delivery fee of P750.

Items considered as extra-large in size are the following:

  • Christmas Trees, Refrigerators, Mattresses (Note: Beds are delivered by the supplier)
  • Home & Men's Furniture (e.g.cabinets, tables, chairs, chests, etc.)
  • Infant Furniture (e.g.cribs, strollers, car seats, etc.)
  • Big Toys (e.g.playground sets, playhouses, ride-on toys, heavy wooden toys, etc.)
  • Extra-large Men's Discovery items (e.g.decorative ships and planes, etc.)
  • Excess of 1 large box (e.g. 2 large boxes with several packages inside each box)

Luzon Provinces that are considered as part of Mega Manila:

  • Cavite: Bacoor, Imus, Kawit
  • Laguna: San Pedro, Binan, Sta Rosa
  • Bulacan: Meycauayan, Marilao, Obando

How do I place my Order/s?

Your Rustan’s Personal Shopper will be happy to assist you with your orders via Viber.

What are the items that can be ordered via Rustan's Personal Shopper on Call Service?

All items available at your favorite Rustan’s Store (Makati, Shangri-La, Alabang, Gateway, and Cebu) may be ordered. In case there are items that are not be currently available, your Rustan’s Personal Shopper will be happy to recommend other options.

Can I have my orders gift-wrapped?

Yes, we will be happy to gift-wrap your orders upon your request. Wrapping is free of charge for items P1,000 and above, per item.

FSP and Beauty Addict members get free gift-wrapping for items P500 and above (per item) while FSP Premium members get free gift-wrapping for any item.

Pick-Ups, Delivery, and shipping

How soon will my items be available or ready?

For curbside pick-up, your order will be available in two hours or the next day, depending on the time of order. Should it be available earlier, your Rustan’s Personal Shopper will message you.

For delivery, your Rustan’s Personal Shopper will advise you of your scheduled delivery date.

How can I receive the items I ordered?

You may choose curbside pick-up of your items from the designated areas of your favorite Rustan’s Store.

You may also choose to have your items delivered to you.

Where can I pick up my items if I avail of the Curbside Pick-Up? 

You may just drive by or have an authorized representative* pass by at the designated Curbside pick-up of your favorite Rustan’s Store at the agreed time.

  • Rustan’s Makati: Rustan’s Main Entrance, Courtyard Drive, facing Glorietta 5.          
  • Rustan’s Shangri-La: Rustan’s Main Entrance, Internal Road of Shangri-La Plaza.
  • Rustan’s Alabang: Rustan’s Main Entrance facing parking lot of Alabang Town Center, Commerce Avenue
  • Rustan’s Gateway: Rustan’s Main Entrance, General Aguinaldo Avenue, facing New Frontier Theater.
  • Rustan’s Cebu: Rustan’s Main Entrance, Cardinal Rosales Avenue.

*For authorized representatives, kindly ask them to bring a valid ID with photo upon pick-up.

May I arrange for my own courier?

Yes, you may. This falls under the curbside pick-up option.

Kindly send a screenshot of your courier booking details through Viber to your Rustan’s Personal Shopper so that we will know who to expect for your pick-up.

FSP and Beauty Addict Points and Benefits

Will I be able to earn FSP Points or Beauty Addict Points for purchases?

Yes, you may send your FSP or Beauty Addict membership number or a screenshot of your FSP or Beauty Addict QR Code to your Rustan’s Personal Shopper. Please note that you may only send one.

Will I be able to avail of my FSP Premium Member benefits if I avail of the Rustan's Personal Shopper service?

Yes, you may avail of your FSP Premium membership benefits. Your Rustan’s Personal Shopper will be happy to assist you.
