diving into your self-confidence

Audrey: "I am more of an optimistic person. I walk always in the brighter side of life. Believe more in hopes rather than fears. Walking with hope and strongly backed-up by work, your support group and proper preparation, then I become fearless. Choose how you want to fit it."

Happy: "Being optimistic and fearless is a mindset. Foster positive mindset to your head. Train your head to optimistic and fearless. Find beauty in little things. Fearless but I admit as a mother I become fearful. But then again we need to foster our mind to be optimistic. So when days like that happen, I say a little prayer to make it disappear."

"It's all in the mindset"

passion as key to success

Happy: "Definitely, when you love what you do. It makes you successful. It doesn't need to be money. "

Audrey: "Absolutely. It is a big contributing factor. You give more of yourself if you are passionate. Having passion helps you keep your focus. Gives you strenght to strive and succeed."

dealing with creative blocks

Yanna: "I say, 'It's okay.' Take time and take a breather. I spend time with nature, as how nature always heals. Be surrounded with people who inspires you. Make a journal and set goals."

"pressure on young ones: life is not a race"

taking risks as influencers

Daphne: "If you don’t try or you don’t ask then its a 100% no. Try to ask, to know. There are consequences to choices that we make. View each experience as something to learn. You go for it and see where it leads and make a choice. Better to have a choice than someone makes it for you."

Yanna: "Go for something that I really want, rather than sit and ask for what ifs and living life with regret. Things I do to where I want to go is a reward in itself. Taking that risk is a very empowering feeling. It may not always go my way, but you will always find your way if that is what the answer you want to know. You will never find it if you don’t even what to try. You have to try or nothing will change
"

negativity as mom-preneurs

Daphne: "I try to understand what negativity is. Not every bad is negativity or toxicity. Rather I face it head on. Is it worth of me to react or is it just noise? Block it off. Protect your realm, and make sure that your family and your busines is okay. Even uncomfortable situations can turn to learning experiences. We need to keep talking. When all fails, just put on a good red lipstick"

Happy: "Be solution-oriented. Have a mindset that there is a solution to any problem. Keep that mindset, as it makes you confident with your decisions."

Audrey: "Really how you are inside , helps you counter it. If you have peace within you, you are content. I have a natural field to filter toxicity. Gives you patience to focus on the person infront of you and not the negativity. This authentic self gives me freedm and straight confidence, that I am not trying to be anyone else."

"It takes a while to find your inner self. Go the process"
- Issa litton

using your voice to amplify your purpose

Daphne: "Being a part of UNICEF gives automatic global platform. Activities and authenticity matters most. I was already doing things on my own as a mother, especially with breastfeeding. Then I went to build a relationship with the organization to amplify it. Protect the voice by not diluting. I cannot support the other causes. Focus and find where you want to make a difference. We start small and big things happen."

Yanna: "I think the little things I do at CRIBS or communities that need help or rather strangers, is a good thing to give back. Giving back gives me purpose. Social media is my platform. It can be toxic. But I represent the Gen Z fror being authentic and real."

ROLE OF WOMEN IN YOUR INDUSTRY

Hannah: "The restaurant industry is a male dominated industry. When women excel, it helps other women to excel, too. Proves them to do better."

Daphne: "Gender is not an issue in broadcasting media. Women rock it! The reality of aging in a reality where visuals is unforgiving. Like the lyrics in Taylor Swift's songs, "Women in entertainment are discarded in an elephant graveyard by the time they're 35." Rather rely on your skills and find your way to keep going."

"We are not stopping. This is the better time to get going. No one tells me my expiration date. I get to say it."
- Issa litton

biggest realization at this point of life

Yanna: "I should just take my time. People are going in their own phase. No need to fit myself amongst others. Have a great support system and belief in myself. Even though you are good now, don't feel pressured to ask help from people around you."

Audrey: "Confidence to trust that instinct and the gut in you. I have to trust that my experience prepared me to where I am. At the end of the day, value simple joys, appreciated simple things, people with compassion and humor. These help decide my decisions in life."

"iT'S IN THE MIND. TRAIN YOUR MIND. fiND YOUR HAPPINESS AND JOURNEY THROUGH LIFE"
- Issa litton
