How to Meaure Your Bra Size

Before measuring, wear a bra without padding and stand with your arms and shoulders relaxed while breathing normally. Then, look into the mirror to make sure the measuring tape is aligned as you wrap it around your body.

A. MEASURE YOUR overbust

Gently place the tape measure over the fullest part of your chest and take note of the measurement at the center front.

B. MEASURE YOUR underBUST

Securely place the tape measure around your body beneath the bust and measure after exhaling.

C. calculate your cup size

To determine your cup size, subtract the measurement of your overbust (A) from your underbust measurement (B). Round up to the nearest cm.

Your bra size is the result of combining your band size and cup size.
