1. The raffle promotion will run from August 1 to 31, 2025.

2. The promotion is exclusive to all Rustan’s Frequent Shoppers Program (FSP) members who shop at www.rustans.com during the promotion period.

3. Rustan’s Frequent Shoppers Program members’ FSP accounts must be linked to their rustans.com account. They must also be logged in to their FSP-linked rustans.com account during the transaction to qualify. Customers can create and/or link an account via this page.

4. For every purchase of ₱10,000 at rustans.com in a single receipt, FSP members are entitled to one (1) raffle entry to get a chance to win any of the following prizes:

      • B. 2nd Prize - Samsonite Apinex Spinner Latte Three-Piece Set

      • D. 4th Prize - Maison Margiela Lazy Sunday Morning Collection (includes 100ml EDT, 165g candle, 200ml shower gel, 30ml hair mist, 200ml body scrub, 50ml hand cream, and 400ml hand wash)

 

5. After a qualified transaction, FSP members should register for the raffle via https://rstns.shop/OnlineAnnivRaffle2025, where they will be asked to provide the following:

      • Order Number:

 

Upon successful registration, FSP members will receive a registration confirmation email.

 

6. The cut-off date for registering raffle entries is 11:59 PM, Friday, September 5, 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.

7. There is no limit to the number of raffle entries that may be earned per customer, but a member is limited to winning once. In the event a member is drawn more than once, they will be given the prize of higher value.

8. All taxes relative to the prize shall be shouldered by Rustan’s. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

9. Any duplication, refund, or cancellation of orders or transactions may result in the disqualification of the raffle entries.

10. The raffle draw will be held on September 12, 2025, and will be conducted digitally via a virtual conference call in the presence of Rustan’s and DTI representatives.

11. The winners and their respective transactions will be validated by Rustan’s. The winners will be notified via registered mail, email, and SMS. The winners will also be announced via Rustan’s social media accounts and website on September 24, 2025.

12. The eGC will be sent to the email address that the first prize winner will provide. The eGC will include a code that must be used by the winner at rustans.com to redeem the prize. The code is valid for use within one (1) year from receipt. It can only be used for purchases at rustans.com. It cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards and gift wrapping services. It is also not applicable to purchases in stores and via Personal Shopper on Call. The winner is responsible for safekeeping the code sent to them. Rustan’s shall not be obliged to replace or refund lost or expired eGC code.

13. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. The unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited in favor of Rustan’s, with approval from DTI. The prizes must be claimed at the Main Customer Service, 5th floor of Rustan’s Makati, Ayala Center, Makati City. All winners must present the following to claim their prize:

      • Copy of email notification

 

If the winner is from outside the greater Manila area or the province, Rustan’s can send the prizes via courier after it has been agreed upon by both Rustan’s and the winner. Likewise, the winner should present the above-mentioned requirements to the courier.

 

14. If any of the prizes claimed are defective, the winner/s can coordinate for return and replacement with Rustan’s. Rustan’s policy on returns and exchanges shall apply.

15. Upon receipt of any of the prizes, the winners are ineligible to make a refund or cancel the transaction that qualified them for the promo.

16. All information shared via Rustan’s is governed by the Philippine Data Privacy Act. By being eligible for the promotion, the customer agrees that all information will be subject to the confidentiality and security terms of Rustan’s and of the third-party entity managing the site for Rustan’s. The customer agrees to receive direct messages related to the promotion, such as, but not limited to email or SMS confirming raffle entries.

17. By participating in this promotion, the winners agree to publish their name, and participate in any video or photo coverage that may be posted on Rustan’s accounts, such as, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, email blasts, SMS, Viber, and website.

18. By accepting and/or using the prize, the customers agree to hold Rustan’s free and harmless from any injury, loss, or damage caused by or arising from their participation in the promo.

19. All decisions made by the participating companies, with the concurrence of DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

20. The owners, management, and employees of Rustan Commercial Corporation and their advertising agencies, spouses, and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
