1. The raffle promotion will run from July 18 to August 31, 2026.
   
2. The promotion is exclusive to Rustan’s Frequent Shoppers Plus (FSP) Program members of participating stores: Rustan’s Department Store Makati, Shangri-la, Alabang, Gateway, Ayala Center Cebu, and Rustan’s Beauty Source NUSTAR Cebu. Valid also through the Personal Shopper service and via www.rustans.com.
   
3. For every purchase of ₱7,500 from Rustan’s in a single receipt, FSP Regular members are entitled to one (1) electronic raffle entry, while FSP Premium members are entitled to two (2) electronic raffle entries to get a chance to win any of the following:

2nd PRIZE: One (1) winner will be entitled to the following:

• Prize: Rustan’s FSP E-Purse worth ₱100,000 which can be used in all Rustan’s stores and affiliates. All terms and conditions relating to the Rustan’s FSP Program as indicated in the Rustan’s website shall apply.

1st  PRIZE: One (1) winner will be entitled to the following:

• Prize: 4D/3N Stay for two at Anantara Vacation Club’s Anantara Golden Triangle Chiang Rai Luxury Resort in a Mekong Explorer Pool Suite, inclusive of full board meals, round-trip airport transfers between Chiang Rai airport and resort. Roundtrip Business Class flights for two (2) Manila – Chiang Rai – Manila are included.

There is no limit to the number of raffle entries that may be earned per customer. 

4. To qualify for the promotion, the customer is required to join the promotion via the following steps:

For In-Store and Online Transactions:

1. Register a raffle entry electronically via https://eraffle.rustans.com.ph/ 
2. The customer must provide the following information:

• FSP Number
• Last Name
• First Name
• Home Address
• Valid Email Address
• Valid Mobile Number
• Transaction details (Invoice no. or Order no.)
• Amount of Transaction

5. The customer will receive a raffle entry confirmation via email with a unique raffle code number.

6. The cut-off date for registration of raffle entries is on September 6, Sunday. Late entries will not be accepted.

7. The raffle draw is on September 8, Tuesday and will be done in the presence of Rustan’s and DTI representatives.

8. The winners and their transactions will be validated by Rustan’s. A customer may only win once. In the event that a customer’s name was picked more than once during the raffle draw, the customer automatically receives the prize with the higher value. The prize with the lesser value will be awarded to another winner.

9. Winners will be notified via registered mail, email, and SMS on how to claim their prize. Winners will also be announced via Rustan’s social media accounts or Website and posted in the Main Customer Service counters of all participating stores on September 18, Friday.

10. Prizes must be redeemed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification, and the travel period must be availed within 6 months after the redemption.

Prizes may be claimed at the Main Customer Service, 5th floor of Rustan’s Makati, Ayala Center, Makati City. In case the winner is from Visayas or Mindanao, claiming the prize may be done at Rustan’s Cebu after it has been agreed upon by both Rustan’s and the winner.

11. Winner must present the following in order to claim their prize:

• Two (2) Valid Identification Cards with Picture
• FSP card or mobile app
• Copy of Registered Mail

12. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any existing promotions, discounts, or fixed price items of Anantara Vacation Club.

13. The winner shall be responsible for all other expenses such as VISA application, associated travel tax, terminal fee, passenger service charge, fuel charge, additional baggage allowance, travel insurance, ground transfers, lounge access, service charge, room upgrades, extra nights, etc.

14. Accommodation and flights are subject to prior reservations and availability. Blackout dates apply. 

15. Flight itinerary and hotel accommodations must be confirmed at least sixty (60) days prior to the preferred travel dates. The winner must claim their prize within the validity of the gift certificate.

16. The airline ticket once issued is non-extendable, non-transferable, non-routable, non-endorsable, non-upgradable, and non-encashable. 

17. The customer is responsible for safekeeping the Rustan’s FSP E-Purse and Gift Certificates, and monitoring expiry dates. Rustan's shall not be obliged to replace or refund lost or expired gift certificates. After notifying the winner of the E-Purse, Rustan’s will manually seed the points to the winners' Rustan's FSP Account.

18. 20% tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000 and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the winners.

19. Any duplication, refund, or cancellation of orders or transactions may result in the disqualification of raffle entries.

20. Winners who claimed their prizes will be ineligible to request a refund or cancel the transaction that they enrolled in the promo.

21. All information shared via Rustan’s microsite will be governed by the Philippine Data Privacy Act. By registering for the promotion, the customer agrees that all information shall be subject to the confidentiality and security terms of Rustan’s and of the third-party entity managing the site for Rustan’s. The customer agrees to receive emails or SMS messages in relation to the promotion, such as, but not limited to, email or SMS confirming raffle entries.

22. By participating in this promotion, the winners agree to publish their name, participate in any video or photo coverage that may be used in Rustan’s accounts, such as but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, email, SMS, Viber, and website.

23. By accepting and/or using the prizes, the customer agrees to hold Rustan’s free and harmless from any injury, loss, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the promo.

24. Failure to claim prizes within the specified period of sixty-one (61) days upon receipt of notification will mean the forfeiture of the prize in favor of Rustan Commercial Corporation, with prior approval of DTI. Rustan Commercial Corporation reserves the right to grant the forfeited prize to another winner.

25. All decisions made by the participating companies, with the concurrence of DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

26. The owners, management, and employees of Rustan Commercial Corporation and their advertising agencies, spouses, and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
