- This Personalization Day offer is valid for all customers who purchase selected fragrances, makeup, and skin care on Rustans.com on February 1, 2024.

To qualify for personalization, Customers must purchase fragrance, makeup, or skin-care products from participating brands with a minimum individual value of PHP1,000.
- There is no limit to the number of products a customer may purchase on Personalization Day. However, the minimum purchase of PHP1,000 applies to each product for it to be eligible for personalization.
- Personalization is only available for products in formats of bottles, lipsticks, compact powder cases, and packaging with sufficient surface area for personalization.

Customers may choose one of the following personalization options for their fragrance:
- Engraving: Available on glass bottles only (no plastic, pens, metals, or foil stamping). Engraving may be adjusted for aesthetic purposes at the discretion of the engraver.
- Hand-painting: Available on fragrance bottles, makeup cases, skin-care bottles. The following design options are offered:
- Floral - Feminine
- Floral/Foliage - Masculine
- Painted designs on makeup and skin-care packaging will follow a floral pattern, while fragrance bottles will have florals with elements of the fragrance notes.
- Engravements are subject to the final discretion of the artist based on feasibility and aesthetic considerations. The artist reserves the right to decline any engraving request that is deemed impossible to execute.
- All personalized orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days after Personalization Day.
- Due to the personalized nature of the offer, all purchases are final. Strictly no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted.
