1. Promotion Period and Eligibility

This raffle promotion is exclusive to Longchamp customers who shop online at rustans.com in the Philippines. The promotion will run from October 11 to November 11, 2025.

For every purchase of a Longchamp leather bag (participating SKUs) at rustans.com, customers are entitled to one (1) raffle entry to get a chance to win a “British Escape with Longchamp” package for two.

There is no limit to the number of raffle entries that may be earned per customer.

2. Prize Details

The sole prize for the raffle is a "British Escape with Longchamp" package for two. This covers the following package inclusions:

• A 3-day, 2-night Premier Suite for two (2) at The Peninsula Manila Gift Certificate
• "The Lobby Afternoon Tea Set" for two (2) Gift Certificate

3. Raffle Registration

After a qualified transaction, customers must register their entries online. After a qualifying transaction, they must fill out the form at https://rstns.shop/LongchampBritishEscape2025 , providing the following:

• Full name
• Complete address
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Order number

Upon successful registration, customers will receive a registration confirmation email.

The deadline for all registrations is 11:59 PM on November 11, 2025.

4. Raffle Draw, Winner Notification, and Claiming

The raffle draw will be held on November 23, 2025, and will be done in the presence of Longchamp, Rustan's, and DTI representatives. The winner will be notified via registered mail, email, and SMS.

The winner will also be announced on Longchamp's and Rustan's official social media accounts and websites on December 5, 2025.

The winner must claim the The Peninsula Manila gift certificate (GC) within 60 days of receiving the notification, after which unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Longchamp and Rustan’s, with DTI approval.

The GC must be claimed at the Main Customer Service area, 5th Floor of Rustan's Makati, Ayala Center, Makati City. In case the winner is from Visayas or Mindanao, Rustan's can mail the GC via courier after it has been agreed upon by both Rustan's and the winner.

To claim the GC, the winner must present:

• Two (2) valid identification cards with picture
• A copy of the email notification.

The prize is transferable but not convertible to cash, and any taxes related to it will be shouldered by Longchamp and Rustan’s.

If the winner is from outside Metro Manila, Longchamp and Rustan’s will not cover any additional expenses incurred for claiming the prize. The prize is limited to the items mentioned, and any costs for travel or other related expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Prize Scheduling

The Premiere Suite GC has no expiration date whereas the Afternoon Tea Set GC is valid for use until March 31, 2026. Any rescheduling is subject to the hotel's policies and availability, and any additional costs incurred will be the winner's responsibility.

6. General Conditions

The terms and conditions of The Peninsula Manila in the usage of the GC will apply. The winner is responsible for safekeeping the GC. Longchamp and Rustan's shall not be obliged to replace or refund lost or expired GC.

Any refund or cancellation of qualifying transactions may result in the disqualification of the raffle entries. Upon receiving the prize, the winner is not eligible to get a refund or cancel the transaction that qualified them for the promotion.

In the event of natural calamities, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, the prize may be subject to rescheduling at the organizers' discretion.

Longchamp and Rustan’s are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the winner due to such events.

All information shared via Rustan's is governed by the Philippine Data Privacy Act. By being eligible for the promotion, the customer agrees that all information shall be subject to confidentiality and security terms of Rustan's and Longchamp. The customer agrees to receive emails or SMS messages in relation to the promotion, such as, but not limited to email or SMS confirming raffle entries.

By participating in this promotion, the winner agrees to publish their name and participate in any video or photo coverage that may be used in Rustan's accounts, such as, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, email, SMS,Viber, and website.

By accepting and/or using the prize, the winner agrees to hold Rustan’s and Longchamp harmless from any injury, loss, or damage caused by their participation.

All decisions made by Longchamp and Rustan's, with DTI's concurrence, are final and irrevocable.

The owners, management, and employees of Longchamp and Rustan Commercial Corporation, their advertising agencies, spouses, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.

7. Gift Certificate Conditions

This certificate will not be exchanged for any cash sum.

Partial redemption of the value of the certificate will not be honored, nor will any unused balance be reimbursed or credited in any form.

Unless otherwise stated, complimentary accommodation will not include costs incurred for food and beverage requirements, and complimentary meals will not include any costs for wines and spirits over and above the stated value of the certificate.

Reservations are required to be made in advance.

⁠This certificate is only valid when it bears an authorized signature.

⁠This certificate may not be used for complimentary meals during festive seasons.

⁠Gift certificates cannot be returned, redeemed for cash, used to purchase other gift certificates, resold or used for promotional activities without written approval of The Peninsula Manila. In case of any dispute, The Peninsula Manila reserves the right to cancel any gift certificate that violates any of the terms attached to such gift certificate.
