What samples will be included, and can I choose what samples to receive?

The samples included in your Love L'Occi Box will be a mix of both deluxe and regular samples. They will vary per month, but every box delivered within the same month will contain the same inclusions. Unfortunately, this means that we do not allow customization of inclusions, but you can definitely send suggestions of which products you would like to receive! Just reach out to us through social media or by emailing us at loccitane@rustans.com.

Will the products in the box be regular-sized?

No, the Love L'Occi Box will contain a mix of deluxe and regular samples of our products. However, we may throw in a special treat in the form of a voucher every now and then for you to purchase the regular-sized version of any samples you may have tried and liked.

How many subscription plans do you offer?

We offer two different subscription plans: 3 months and 6 months. If you order a 3-month plan, you can expect to receive a Love L'Occi Box every month for 3 consecutive months. The same rule applies to the 6-month plan. The samples included do not vary per plan, they only vary per month.

 

Will you ever repeat samples and other inclusions in the boxes?

As much as possible, we will vary the inclusions every month in order to give you more opportunities to try out our other products, but we can definitely include again some fan-favorites from time to time!

Why can't I order the Love L'Occi Box in stores?

The Love L'Occi Box is exclusively available on our E-commerce platform, Rustans.com. It is not available for purchase in any of our boutiques.

Why can't I find the Love L'Occi Box on Adora.ph or on Lazada?

The Love L'Occi Box is only available on Rustans.com.

How much does the subscription cost and is it a monthly fee?

The price of your Love L'Occi Box subscription is just the shipping fee and may vary depending on the plan you purchase. This is a one-time payment that you will fulfill only at checkout when you initially place your order. After that, there is no need to worry about any monthly fees or additional shipping fees. Just wait to receive your box!

The pricing of the shipping fee of the Love L'Occi Box follows the standard shipping fee of Rustans.com for orders less than Php 2,000, which is Php 200. This is multiplied by the number of months covered by your preferred plan:

  • 3 months: Php 200 x 3 = Php 600
  • 6 months: Php 200 x 6 = Php 1,200

I would like to cancel my subscription, can I get a refund for the boxes I haven't received yet?

Yes, you may cancel your subscription and get a refund only for months that I have not yet begun their fulfillment process. For example, if you purchase a 3-month plan and cancel your subscription immediately after receiving your first box, you will be refunded the shipping fee for the two remaining months. However, if you cancel your subscription while the second box is already in the process of being packed and delivered, you will only be refunded the shipping fee for your third month.

You will be refunded in store credit that may only be used on Rustans.com. Please direct your concern to Rustans.com as they will process this for you.

Can I purchase a Love L'Occi Box subscription plan with other items in my basket?

Yes, you may! You may purchase other items and your Love L'Occi Box subscription plan under one transaction. However, please be informed that the shipping fee attritbuted to the Love L'Occi Box only covers delivery charges of the subscription plan and remains fixed regardless of total basket amount.

This means that if your added items reach Php 2,000 (the minimum amount to qualify for free shipping on Rustans.com), your shipping fee due at checkout will simply be the shipping fee of your chosen Love L'Occi Box plan. On the other hand, if your added items do not reach Php 2,000, Php 200 will be added to the shipping fee of your order, and your total amount due will be the fixed fee of your Love L'Occi Box plan plus the additional charge to cover the delivery fees of your added items.

Which VIP tiers are allowed to avail of the Love L'Occi Box

The Love L'Occi Box is open to all VIP tiers! Whether you are a Shea, Almond, or Immortelle Member, you can avail of any of our two subscription plans. Just provide your CRM number at checkout and make sure that the email address you use to log into Rustans.com is the same email address you used to register for your L'Occitane VIP Membership.

 

I am trying to purchase two subscription plans, why am I not being allowed to check out?

There is a cap of one subscription plan per VIP. This means you are only allowed to have one currently active Love L'Occi Box subscription plan running at a time. If you are unable to check out, it's possible you are already currently subscribed. If you subscribed to a new plan, may cancel your existing plan, and purchase your preferred plan again.

I was not able to purchase a plan this month, and it's now out of stock. Will you restock again this month?

We only accept 15 new subscribers per plan every month on a first come, first served basis. This means that we will not be restocking mid-month and that interested subscribers must wait for the following month to be able to purchase their desired plan.
