Our online store accepts orders 24/7 including on public holidays, however, our warehouse and transport partners are closed on the usual public holidays during Christmas and New Year as noted above.
- Orders placed after the above Christmas order cut-off dates will be accepted but may not arrive for Christmas.
- Orders received between December 17 and December 23 will continue to be packed and will be dispatched as usual. Orders still being received on December 23 will be dispatched on December 26, 2019, except for temperature-controlled orders, which will be dispatched on December 27, 2019.
- We cannot guarantee precise timing of deliveries either before or after Christmas. Our courier partners will make their best efforts to reach you within the traffic limitations. If you anticipate being away during the holiday period, please ensure someone is available to accept your package at your home on your behalf.
- From time to time, our couriers are unable to call or SMS prior to arrival. If you do not have a person available to accept packages on your behalf at home, we recommend opting for your work/business delivery address (if you are at work) for deliveries prior to December 23.
- Our order cut-off times include the time we need for careful processing of your order. Please allow additional 1-2 days for dispatch if you have chosen for all or some of your items to be gift wrapped.
- If you are ordering late and concerned it won't reach you for Christmas Eve, don't forget you can shop in-store.
Pressurized products such as aerosols and with products with lithium batteries are not transportable by Air to Visayas and Mindanao. These items will require Sea Shipment and will take a minimum of 10 days from dispatch. Temperature controlled items such as cosmetics may have limited transport availability on or near public holidays but will dispatch the next business day.
The above times are given as a guide only, and are designed to account for extra traffic and transit time during the holiday season. Once your products are loaded for delivery, we are unable to control transportation conditions but we will take very care and effort to ensure your items are delivered.
