Birthday Privileges

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Offer is exclusive to Rustan’s FSP Regular members.
  • FSP card/app and valid ID with birthday must be presented when claiming offers/discounts/gifts.
  • Promos are valid on member’s 2026 birth month only.
  • Promos can only be availed once per brand regardless of location.
  • Only transactions made on member’s birth month are valid and acceptable.
  • Gifts, services, and discounts are not convertible to cash or gift certificates and has no monetary value.
  • Offers are non-transferable and no substitution allowed.
  • Discounts are only applicable to regular priced items and for single receipt transactions.
  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days, starting from the date of purchase. Value of exchanged item should be equal to the discounted value.
  • Promos are not valid in conjunction with other promos including gift-with-purchase (GWP) and markdown.

FSP REGULAR X10 FSP POINTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Valid to all Rustan’s FSP Regular members. 
  • FSP member must have at least P5,000 single-receipt purchase on any day within his/her birth month at the participating stores: Rustan’s Makati | Rustan’s Shangri-La | Rustan’s Alabang | Rustan’s Gateway | Rustan’s Cebu | Rustan’s Beauty Source NuStar
  • The x10 multiplier benefit will be applied to the first transaction with minimum P5,000 transaction on his/her birth month. It can also be availed on multiple transactions (with the minimum spend required) on the same day as the first transaction for one (1) day only during his/her birth month. 
  • FSP member must present his/her FSP card or FSP mobile app to the cashier for real-time crediting of points. 
  • FSP E-Purse, Gift Certificates, Returns and Exchange slips and RS/S-Tag (sale) items are not valid for points crediting. 
  • This promotion excludes purchases from Gachapon (Rustan’s Makati), Rustans.com, SSI brands, Joel’s Place, and Floret/Rustan’s Flower Shop.
