1. The raffle promotion runs from September 4 to November 30, 2026.

2. This promotion is exclusive to Rustan’s Beauty Source Beauty Addict customers of participating stores: Rustan’s Department Store Makati, Shangri-La, Alabang, Gateway, Ayala Center Cebu, and NUSTAR Cebu.  

3. For every purchase of ₱5,000 worth of products and services from Rustan’s Beauty Source, Beauty Addict members are entitled to one (1) electronic raffle entry for a chance to win any of the following:

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) winner plus a companion will be entitled to the following: 

• A four (4) day, three (3) night stay for two (2) at a 5-star luxury hotel in Los Angeles, California, inclusive of round-trip Business Class flights.
• Note: The hotel accommodation and travel certificate are valid for one (1) year (April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2028). Travel during blackout dates, peak seasons, and holidays is not permitted. Travel is valid within six (6) months from receipt of prize. 

Blackout dates include (but are not limited to):

• Memorial Day Weekend (May 28 - June 1, 2027)
• Independence Day Weekend (July 2 - 6, 2027)
• Labor Day Weekend (September 3 - 7, 2027)
• Thanksgiving Holiday Period (November 24 - 29, 2027)
• Christmas & New Year Peak Season (December 20, 2027 - January 5, 2028)
• Other peak travel periods, holidays, special events, and blackout dates imposed by the airline, hotel, or travel provider, as applicable

Travel dates are subject to airline seat and hotel room availability and must be booked in accordance with the applicable travel provider's terms and conditions.

4. Beauty Addict members must present their receipts for validation to the Customer Service of Rustan’s Beauty Source at the store/branch where the actual purchases were made. Only purchases made within the promo period are valid for this promotion. For NEW electronic raffle entry/ies, the Xurpas Raffle microsite will be on the default NEW USER tab.

a. Beauty Addict members must fill in the following information: 

• Full Name  
• Home Address  
• Mobile Number  
• Landline Number  
• E-mail Address  

b. For customers with existing electronic raffle entry/ies, a customer service representative will ask for their mobile number or landline number to look up in the microsite and verify the given information in Section a, then proceed with Section 4. A Customer Service representative will fill out the following information:  

• Official Receipt Number (Printed on the receipt)  
• Registration Number (Printed on the receipt)  
• Store Branch  
• Number of Raffle Entries  
• Customer Service Code  

c. Once receipts are validated, the total number of electronic raffle entry/ies the Beauty Addict member is/are entitled to will be issued.  

d. Customer service representatives will assist Beauty Addict members to register their electronic raffle entry/ies.

e. Once a raffle entry has been saved, the microsite will show a notification that the entry has been successfully added. An SMS will be sent to the customer confirming the number of entries.

The deadline for registration of raffle entries is November 30, 2026, prior to store closure. Late entries will not be accepted.

1. The winning entry shall be drawn through an Electronic Raffle Online Draw on December 2, 2026, Wednesday, at 2:00 PM at the Xurpas, Inc. Office, Unit 804, Antel 2000 Corporate Center, 121 Valero Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City 1227, in the presence of a duly authorized representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). 

2. Only verified Rustan’s Beauty Addict members are eligible to participate in the raffle draw. Each member may win only once during the entire promotion period. 

3. The winner shall be notified via registered mail and SMS or Viber message within one (1) to two (2) weeks after the draw date. 

4. The winner must claim or acknowledge their prize within sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of the official written notification. Failure to claim the prize within the prescribed sixty (60)-day claiming period shall result in the forfeiture of the prize in favor of Rustan Commercial Corporation, subject to prior approval from the DTI. On the sixty-first (61st) day, Rustan Commercial Corporation shall submit a formal request for forfeiture to the DTI and reserves the right to award the prize to a backup winner if necessary. Detailed instructions for claiming shall be provided in the notification. 

5. The prize may be claimed at the Rustan Commercial Corporation Office, The Penthouse, Jupiter Place 136 - 138 Jupiter, Makati City, 1209 Metro Manila.  

6. For winners based in Cebu, flights must originate from and return to Manila, Philippines only. To claim the prize, the winner must present the following: 

• Two (2) valid government-issued IDs with photograph. 
• Beauty Addict Mobile App or Membership Card. 
• A copy of the registered mail or official SMS/Viber notification received. 

7. The hotel accommodation is transferable only to another guest of the winner but is strictly not convertible to cash under any circumstances. 

8. The prize includes a 4-day, 3-night hotel stay for two (2) persons in a standard room, the full cost of which shall be shouldered by Rustan Commercial Corporation. All other expenses, including but not limited to room service charges, minibar, upgrades, and incidental costs, shall be borne solely by the winner. Transportation to and from the airport is not included unless explicitly stated. 

9. The prize includes two (2) round-trip business class airline tickets from Manila, Philippines to the destination and back to Manila, Philippines only. Since our Rustan’s Cebu and NUSTAR Cebu stores are participating in the promo, the winner and their companion will need to fly from Cebu to Manila at their own expense to claim the prize. We will only be booking the round-trip flight from Manila to the destination and back. 

10. Flight tickets are non-transferable, non-endorsable, non-reroutable, non-refundable, non-upgradeable, and not convertible to cash. 

11. The winner shall be solely responsible for all expenses not explicitly included in the prize, including but not limited to: 

• International visa application fees and related documentation; 
• Travel taxes, terminal fees, passenger service charges, fuel surcharges, and other travel-related fees; 
• Travel insurance (if required by the destination country); 
• Personal expenses such as meals not covered by the accommodation, transportation to and from the airport if not provided, baggage fees, and optional tours or activities. 

12. Hotel accommodation and flights are subject to prior reservation and availability. Blackout dates apply, including but not limited to Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter, Holy Week, and other peak periods or special holidays as may be determined by the hotel or airline. 

13. The prize does not include any additional incidental charges at the hotel (e.g., minibar, room service, damages, or personal upgrades) which shall be settled by the winner directly with the hotel upon checkout. 

14. Any prize tax of twenty percent (20%) for prizes exceeding ₱10,000, as well as any other taxes, fees, or charges related to the claiming or use of the prize, shall be borne solely by the winner in accordance with applicable Philippine laws. 

15. All decisions made by Rustan Commercial Corporation, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be final and irrevocable. 

16. The owners, management, and employees of Rustan Commercial Corporation, its subsidiaries, and its advertising agencies, including their spouses and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this promotion. 

17. By participating in this promotion, the participant agrees to the announcement of the raffle winner through Rustan’s Beauty Source’s official social media pages, where the name of the winner may be published as part of the official announcement of the raffle results. 

18. By participating in this promotion, all participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
