Rustan's The Beauty Source: Race Off To Beauty

Get ready for a fast-paced celebration of beauty as Rustan’s Beauty Addict returns for its 12th season! This year, Rustan’s The Beauty Source is revving things up with a racing-inspired event, Race Off to Beauty. On September 5, 2024, from 10AM to 9PM, the Beauty Hall at Rustan's Makati will transform into a glamorous race track, hosting a vibrant Beauty Con that promises an unforgettable day of beauty and empowerment.

Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed into a dazzling race-themed installation featuring bright red hues and segmented neon lights. The immersive experience continues with various “pit stops,” where top beauty brands like L'Occitane, Diptyque, CHANEL, La Prairie, MAC Cosmetics, and many others showcase their latest products and offer engaging activities.

Each stop will be marked by Rustan’s checkered flags, making it easy to explore the array of beauty wonders. The event’s main stage will also feature skincare talks and makeup masterclasses led by industry experts from 3PM to 5:30PM, providing insights and inspiration for all beauty enthusiasts. Be sure to register upon arrival to gain access to exclusive products, vouchers, discounts, and freebies, all available for a limited time.

The event will feature special guest Jeanette Ipapo-Tuason, Founder and CEO of Tuason Racing, who will speak about self-empowerment and grace under pressure. Another highlight includes a "Formula 1 Fashion" masterclass featuring tips on styling activewear and pairing fragrances with brands like Champion and Ray-Ban. At 4:00 PM, Dr. Rodnie Valerio of Belo Medical Group will dive into the science of skin aging and ways to proactively combat it. For makeup enthusiasts, celebrity makeup artists RB Chanco and Justin Soriano will host the “Grand Prix Glam” session, sharing their expertise and beauty secrets in a hands-on masterclass with a live Q&A.

Guests looking for a more personalized experience can indulge in mini beauty treatments at various booths. Belo Medical Group will offer a skin analysis, while Emphasis Salon provides blow-dry services, and Dashing Diva offers express manicures. For those craving some fun and thrill, Tuason Racing's racing simulator will be on hand, challenging attendees to take part in the “Fast and Fabulous Challenge,” with special beauty prizes up for grabs.

The energy continues with live music from top DJs, including DJ Miaow in the afternoon and DJ Nix Damn P in the evening. To keep everyone refreshed, the event will feature a Refilling Station offering beverages ranging from craft beer to exquisite bubbly, courtesy of Philippine Wine Merchants.

Rustan’s Beauty Addict isn’t just about beauty and entertainment—it’s also about capturing memories. Guests can snap photos at the event’s centerpiece: a customized Rustan's Beauty Source racecar at the entrance, as well as a stunning racetrack-themed installation near the Fragrance Library.
