About Tony Bianco
Born in Catanzaro, Italy, in 1947, Tony Bianco moved to Australia with his family in 1958. His passion for shoemaking began at age 18, and by 22, he was already creating sample prototypes from his own home.
Together with his wife Michela and a dedicated team of five, Tony established a small factory in Hawthorn, laying the groundwork for what would become the Tony Bianco brand.
Over the years, production grew exponentially, boutiques opened, and the brand quickly became an iconic footwear destination across Australia. Today, Tony Bianco proudly operates 10 boutiques nationwide and is stocked by various national and international retailers.
Based in Melbourne, the brand is now led by brothers Anthony and Adam Bianco, who oversee a passionate and hardworking team of footwear aficionados dedicated to craftsmanship, innovation, and timeless style.
