Rodo for the SS2025 collection is re-presenting its iconic wicker bags by updating their shapes and combining them with natural leather.
Alongside the iconic Paris bag, in both large and small, are delightful shoulder bags in various sizes and a brand new ‘shopping bag’ for ‘travel’ enthusiasts.
Sand-colored linen and the colours sky-blue and strawberry are combined with natural wicker.
For wicker, natural dyes combined with blue, coral, mimosa and khaki were favored. Flowers, leaves and the roots of medicinal plants are the unprecedented provenance for the plant- based colors which Rodo has experimented with for the SS25 collection.
Sling backs and sandals are embellished with full strass ‘cages’ or soft mesh worked with pearls and strass.
Shoes and sandals are characterized by details of various shapes: toe pieces and plates, all crafted in wicker to create unique styles, likewise for heels, both block and cone.
In addition, bows and braids made from a mesh of crystals shaded in various nuances of blue and pink, gold and silver, enriching a decidedly precious and unique accessory.
Studs and eyelets create geometric designs for shoulder bags and flats.
