Lladró's new Batman and Stormtrooper sculptures debut at Rustan's Makati

Spanish porcelain brand Lladró has expanded its influence in the Philippine market with the unveiling of limited-edition sculptures of Batman and Stormtrooper at Rustan's Makati. These pieces mark a significant milestone for Lladró as it fuses its rich heritage with modern pop culture themes.

"We wanted to create something that appeals to both our loyal collectors and a new generation," said Roberto Marco Andreu, Lladró's general sales manager for Asia Pacific. "These figures are more than just collectibles; they are testaments of culture."

The Batman sculpture, a tribute to the Dark Knight's 85th anniversary, is crafted in matte porcelain with golden luster highlights. Limited to 500 pieces worldwide, this dynamic piece captures the essence of the iconic superhero.

The Stormtrooper sculpture, part of Lladró's ongoing Star Wars collection, is a testament to the brand's ability to blend tradition with pop culture. Limited to 1,138 units, this detailed piece showcases the imposing presence of the Imperial soldiers.

These new additions to Lladró's collection reflect the brand's desire to connect with a wider audience. "We wanted to create something that speaks to both our loyal collectors and a new generation," said Roberto Marco Andreu, Lladró's General Sales Manager for Asia Pacific.

Beyond these pop culture icons, Lladró is also expanding its horizons. The brand is set to introduce a new female figure to its iconic The Guest series, featuring avant-garde designs by renowned artists. Additionally, Lladró is venturing into lighting and jewelry, offering luxurious and artistic creations that complement its porcelain pieces.
